Core Technology Achieves Industry Leadership Position

At the "China International Science and Technology Promotion Association Calcium Titanium Ore Industry Branch Half-Year Membership Conference (2024) and the Sixth Global Perovskite and Tandem Cell (Greater Bay Area) Industrialization Forum" held simultaneously in Shenzhen, He Le, founder and CEO of Lecheng Intelligent, was invited to give a presentation titled "Application of Laser Technology in the Industrialization of Perovskite Batteries." This presentation explained from a technical perspective why Lecheng Intelligent won the honor of "2024 H1 Excellent Perovskite Photovoltaic Equipment Supplier" and the important reasons for its further growth from a leading domestic perovskite equipment supplier to a powerful supplier of new energy laser processing equipment.


Perovskite solar cells, as a new generation of photovoltaic cell technology, have characteristics such as high theoretical efficiency, low production cost, and diverse application scenarios, promising broad development prospects. Laser scribing and edge cleaning are one of the key processes in perovskite cell manufacturing, significantly impacting cell efficiency, yield, and production efficiency. Therefore, the production process of perovskite cells places very high demands on the stability, precision, and processing efficiency of laser equipment.



Lecheng Intelligent's laser production line features mechanical beam splitting, which offers higher stability and reliability compared to other beam splitting methods; each laser beam's power is independently adjustable, providing greater flexibility.


The real-time focus following function can ensure that the laser focus always remain on the processing film layer at a laser scribing speed of 2 m/s, improving the consistency and stability of laser scribing and further enhancing the yield of large-size perovskite cell processing.


The real-time visual tracking and compensation function can ensure rapid response during the laser scribing process, making the P1, P2, and P3 scribe lines of the perovskite cell consistent in spacing, reducing the dead zone width, improving cell power generation efficiency, and meeting the needs of mass production.


These three core technological advantages, combined with the company's strong automation production line integration capabilities and customized after-sales deployment capabilities, have enabled Lecheng Intelligent to quickly gain recognition from leading enterprises in the industry and become a leading supplier in the field of perovskite laser equipment.

In the first half of 2024, various segments of the perovskite photovoltaic industry chain made significant breakthroughs, and the commercialization process continued to advance. The Calcium Titanium Ore Industry Branch of China International Science and Technology Promotion Association initiated this "2024 H1 Perovskite Photovoltaic Industry Outstanding Contribution Award" selection to better focus on the "0-1" breakthrough growth of the perovskite photovoltaic industry, explore potential companies in Niche market, and commend the outstanding contributions made by perovskite photovoltaic enterprises.
