Redefining Precision in Laser Scribing

Lecheng's technological edge lies in its ability to solve the most intricate challenges of perovskite laser scribing. Their flagship automated laser scribing systems are engineering marvels, capable of handling large-area substrates up to 2.4m x 1.2m—a crucial capability for modern panel manufacturing. A standout feature is their multi-beam technology, which supports up to 24 independently controllable laser beams, dramatically increasing throughput. More importantly, Lecheng integrates advanced software capabilities like Trajectory Tracking and Focus Following. Trajectory Tracking intelligently adapts the P2 and P3 scribe lines to follow the natural curvature of the P1 line, minimizing dead zones and maximizing the active area of the solar cell for higher efficiency. Focus Following ensures consistent scribing depth and quality even on slightly warped glass substrates by dynamically adjusting the laser focal point. These technologies, combined with their expertise in optical design using nanosecond, picosecond, and even femtosecond lasers, allow Lecheng to achieve remarkable specifications: scribe line widths below 30μm, positional accuracy of ±5μm, and a heat-affected zone (HAZ) of less than 1μm. This level of precision is essential for maintaining the integrity and high conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells.

A Versatile Player in Advanced Manufacturing

While perovskite processing is a primary focus, Lecheng's capabilities extend into other high-tech fields, showcasing the versatility of their laser platforms. In the hydrogen fuel cell sector, they offer high-precision laser welding systems for bipolar plates. These systems feature a dual-station, three-position design that enables continuous production, achieving a weld seam width of just 0.08mm with high positional accuracy, which is critical for the gas-tight sealing and electrical conductivity of fuel cell stacks. Furthermore, in the precision electronics domain, Lecheng's equipment excels in applications such as laser drilling for Flexible Printed Circuits (FPCs) with microvias as small as 50μm, glass cutting and drilling with edge chipping controlled under 10μm, and fine laser etching of thin films. This diversification demonstrates Lecheng's robust R&D foundation and their ability to tailor laser solutions across different materials and industries, solidifying their reputation as a comprehensive laser technology provider.
